About the Cottage

With a private backyard for summer games, shady spots to enjoy a good book or cocktails, the must-have outdoor shower, and a large sunny deck for relaxing, there’s no doubt that this cottage says “Cape Cod.” 

 

Inside, rooms with rich knotty pine walls and wood planked ceilings give this cottage a warmth and cozy ambiance reinforcing the traditional and timeless feel of your stay.  Its rustic feel invites lazy days and the kind of relaxation a vacation should offer.

 

If you wish, spend evenings stargazing from the backyard deck, enjoy s'mores made on the grill, dive into a pint of your favorite local ice cream, stream movies on the Smart TV in the cozy living room, or retire by the fire and read a good book on cooler nights.

 

This cottage’s 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom sleeps up to 4 people. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has a bunk bed with full-size mattresses. There are AC units in both bedrooms and the dining room which will keep the cottage comfortably cool. Beach chairs and towels/linens are provided. For convenience, there are 2 driveways offering ample off-street parking.

 

Walk to Warm Water Ocean Beaches

Sea Street Beach is a short .5 mile/10 minute walk away. It is set down from the main road, making it feel like you’re on your own private island. Sea Street Beach is a medium-sized beach with stairs down. Rock jetties line this good-sized beach, which features calm, warm waters with tiny waves and a stunning, gorgeous view. It is not too crowded and has a large parking lot, should you choose to drive instead of walk.

 

Enjoy What Cape Cod Offers

Other nearby attractions include Cleat & Anchor Bar and Grill, What’s the Scoop Ice Cream, Joey’s Pizzeria, Chapin’s Fish and Chips Beach bar, Bandera’s Market and Deli, Woolfies Old Fashioned Bakery, and Susan’s Garden Miniature Golf - all of which are a 2-3 minute walk from Heaven on Cranberry. Famous Sundae School Ice Cream Shoppe and Wee Packet for breakfast is a 2 minute drive away. Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
