But being situated around the corner from the famous waterfront Kennedy compound is just where the story of “Little Cozy“ begins in this private and exclusive neighborhood.

Eugenia Fortes Beach is clearly visible when pulling up to the house, so it is easy to see how one can enjoy a coastal, beach house vacation at “Little Cozy”. Open the front door to “Little Cozy” and you know the home is aptly named, with its warm, welcoming light-filled rooms and its wide plank wood floors evoking the cozy appeal of a gone-by era and historic charm in most rooms. 

Relaxing is the destination here: sunny days with sandy feet spent at the beach and then walking home to a large, fantastic grass-covered yard for playing games, a deck for grilling and chilling, or just kicking back and cozying up to a book at the end of the day in the living room. Enjoy the feel of ocean breezes on your face. Slurp popsicles in the yard. Have two - you're on vacation! If you're an early riser, walk on the shore of the beach and catch a different spectacular sunrise every day. Bring your bikes! The neighborhood is quiet, and the location is fantastic for enjoying sunrises, leisurely walks or an enjoyable bike ride. 

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with a full bath. Two of the bedrooms have King size beds, and the third has a twin bed. The first floor offers two living rooms, a kitchen, and another full bath.  One living room has a pull out sofa for extra space.

At “Little Cozy”, you’re within a short drive to several other beaches of choice, Hyannis Harbor to catch a ferry for a trip to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard Island, waterfront dining, Hyannis Main Street for nightlife, dining and boutique shopping. For those who enjoy walking, all this and more is accessible within a 1-2 mile radius. 

Additionally, the home is located on the 2.2 mile walk trail route to Squaw Island which includes views of the Squaw Island Marsh, Nantucket Sound and a golf course. Visit the JFK Museum in Hyannis, and learn more about the history of iconic Hyannis Port where “Little Cozy”is sited.
