The home has 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 baths, which sleeps 6 guests. A primary suite with a king bed and an updated bathroom with radiant floors has a sliding door to the private fenced-in rear yard. This bedroom offers ample closet space. The other bedrooms have a full bed and twin bed with a trundle, respectively. If you’re looking to spread out, there is a bonus room with futon available. The property’s air-conditioning is a treat when you need a place to escape the afternoon sun with splits in every room. This property boasts one floor living with laundry in one of the closets.

Relax and unwind in our covered screened sunroom, the perfect spot to enjoy a refreshing afternoon breeze with cocktails or to curl up with a good book on cooler evenings. Meanwhile, our big deck offers an ideal setting for enjoying shady afternoons or enjoying an al fresco meal with friends and family after cooking a fantastic meal or perhaps that day’s catch on the very large Weber gas grill. After a long day at the beach, rinse off in our must-have outdoor shower located in the backyard. It's the perfect place to wash away the sand and saltwater and freshen up before relaxing indoors.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
