Located in the desirable Osterville/Centerville area, you are minutes from Craigville Beach, Dowses Beach, and Covell’s Beach — some of the most loved beaches on Cape Cod.

The home offers multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces designed for both connection and privacy, making it ideal for group stays where everyone can relax comfortably.

Guest access
Please review and follow the house rules:

• No parties or group events allowed
• Minimum booking age: 25+ (all guests must be listed with ID on file)
• Maximum occupancy: 10 guests and 4 cars (unless pre-approved)
• No undeclared guests ($150/day per guest fee applies)
• No pets allowed (strict allergy policy)
• No smoking or vaping ($500 penalty if violated)
• Exterior security cameras are active for safety (tampering results in eviction without refund)
• Beach pass is complimentary but must be returned — $500 replacement fee if lost
• Guests are responsible for any property damage

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
