The entire property is available to our guests, privately and exclusively.
Other things to note
-This is a weekly rental only between May 23- Sept 20.
-Avoid the traffic coming on and off the cape as this is a Friday to Friday rental.
-Guests are required to sign a rental agreement to stay at the property.
-Owner will hold security deposit.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
