Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

A Note from the Homeowners From the moment we discovered Sunny Rays, we fell in love—not just with the home, but with the feeling of the property and its location. It was special from the start, yet we immediately saw the potential to make it even more memorable for families and friends looking to create their own Cape Cod traditions. Although we haven’t owned Sunny Rays for long, we’ve poured our hearts into enhancing every detail. We’ve opened up the large, private yard to create even more space to relax and play, improved the air conditioning for added comfort, added heat to the outdoor pool, installed new fencing and a patio, created an additional full bathroom, and most recently, added the outdoor kitchen—one of our favorite features for gathering together. Our goal has always been simple: to create a place where guests feel comfortable, relaxed, and truly on vacation. Sunny Rays is where we treasure our own family time throughout the seasons, though summer—with its long days, laughter, and outdoor living—will always hold a special place in our hearts. We hope you love Sunny Rays as much as we do and that it becomes a place you look forward to returning to year after year, creating memories that last long after the vacation ends.
